Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop on our site and place an order without creating an account with us.

However, certain features require you to have an account - namely, adding items to a wish list, checking order status, and maintaining your shipping addresses.  Also, when you place an order with us, we will automatically create an account for you and send you a randomized password via email.

When will I receive my order?

We ship in-stock items in 1-2 days.  Some items require longer lead times and this will be noted on the product's page.  Within the United States, we offer free 2-day shipping with the option to upgrade to overnight shipping for an extra charge.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your payment is fully processed when we ship your items to you.  When you place an order on our site, we confirm with your card issuer that there are available funds to cover the purchase.  This is called an "authorization."  While the funds are not yet withdrawn from your account, your card issuer will typically consider the amount of the authorization to be "on hold" and not available for another purchase during a period of time -- usually one month or less -- after which time the hold is released.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any item for any reason within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund.  Our Returns page contains instructions on how to return an item.
